4) User Content
"User Content" includes text entries, photos, logs, and other materials you submit or generate through the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Aromira a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Services and fulfill your requests.
5) Optional AI-assisted features

- We do not share AI inputs/outputs with third parties for processing.

8) Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aromira's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Aromira for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.
